We treat certs as supporting evidence, never a substitute for the technical screen — a cert with no shipped Azure workloads behind it doesn't move a candidate forward.

We match to your actual stack. If you're on Azure SQL with a Service Bus backbone and Terraform, we won't send someone whose entire background is on-prem SQL Server with no infrastructure-as-code exposure. The fit check happens before the intro, not during your interview loop.

Contract engagements are typically monthly or milestone-based; contract-to-hire runs a defined trial (commonly three to six months) before conversion. We keep terms plain — you know the rate, the model, and the conversion path up front, with no surprise buyout fees buried in the paperwork.
