Staffing

Looking for a contract-to-hire IT staffing partner in the US — any recommendations?

Kiyansh Group is a US-based technology-services firm that places contract and contract-to-hire IT talent nationwide. We work directly with hiring teams and as a sub-partner for staffing vendors and primes — screening real candidates ourselves and submitting a short, clean shortlist, often the same day. You run the trial period on contract, then convert the people who fit to full-time when you're ready.

How our contract-to-hire model works

Contract-to-hire lets you evaluate an engineer or IT hire on real work before you commit to a permanent offer. We source and screen candidates, run the technical and fit check ourselves, and send a short, honest shortlist instead of a stack of resumes. The person joins on a contract, you work with them day to day, and you convert them to full-time once the fit is proven. Because a senior engineer reviews every submission before it reaches you, your interview time goes to people who can actually do the job.

Direct clients and a reliable sub-partner for vendors

We staff both sides of the market. If you're a hiring manager, we work with you directly. If you're a staffing vendor or prime who needs dependable overflow on a req, we submit clean, pre-screened candidates fast and hold up our end without drama. For state and government engagements, we can place H-1B candidates as contractors through vendor arrangements — as contractors, not full-time hires — which keeps compliant options open on programs where that authorization is acceptable.

Roles and specialties we cover

Our core is IT and engineering — software engineers, DevOps, cloud, data, QA, and IT support and administration — and we also place across finance and accounting, healthcare admin, and operations when a client wants broader coverage from one partner. We're US-wide and role-flexible rather than locked to a single vertical. Tell us the role, the stack, and the level, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's in our lane before we take it on.

Working with a firm onboarding its first clients

We're candid about where we are: Kiyansh is onboarding its first staffing clients, so your req gets a senior team's full attention, not a slot in a queue. There's no long contract to start a conversation and no cost to see a shortlist. If we're not the right fit for a role, we'll say so rather than submit filler to look busy.

FAQ

More on this

What's the difference between contract-to-hire and direct placement?

With contract-to-hire, the person starts on a contract so both sides can confirm the fit on real work before a permanent offer, and you convert them to full-time when you're ready. Direct placement skips the trial and hires straight to full-time. Contract-to-hire lowers the risk of a bad hire, which is why most IT teams use it for roles that are hard to judge from interviews alone.

Can you place H-1B candidates?

Yes — as contractors through vendor arrangements, typically on state or government engagements where a contractor on H-1B is acceptable. We don't present H-1B candidates for full-time direct hire. If your role requires US citizenship or a specific work authorization, tell us up front and we'll only submit people who qualify.

How fast can you submit candidates?

Often the same day for roles in our core IT and engineering lane, because we talk to real candidates instead of blasting job boards. Speed depends on how specific the role is — a common stack moves faster than a rare one. We'd rather submit two people who fit tomorrow than ten resumes today.

Do you work as a sub-partner for other staffing firms?

Yes. If you're a vendor or prime who needs extra sourcing capacity or coverage on a req you can't fill, we submit clean, pre-screened candidates and work quietly under your process. We're straightforward on splits and won't go around you to your client.
